• YouTube Integration Data: If you choose to connect your YouTube account, we access certain data via the Google API Services, such as your YouTube channel information and authorization tokens, solely to facilitate the upload of your Output Content to YouTube as you direct.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, features used, access times, and referring website addresses. This may be collected directly or through third-party analytics services.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect Usage Data, enhance your experience, understand service usage, and for analytics purposes.

How does YouTube integration work?

Veloqi allows you to connect your YouTube account to upload generated videos directly. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your YouTube account, we store connection information including access tokens, refresh tokens, your channel details, and upload history to maintain the integration and provide you with access to your upload records. This data is stored securely and is used solely to facilitate video uploads to your YouTube channel. You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time through your account settings, which will deactivate the integration and remove the stored connection data.

• Data Accessed: We access information necessary to upload videos, which may include your YouTube channel details and authorization tokens.
• Use: This data is used exclusively to upload videos to your YouTube channel upon your request within the Services. We do not use this data for any other purpose, such as advertising or unrelated analysis. Information received from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
• Storage: We securely store the necessary tokens or identifiers required to maintain the connection and facilitate uploads.
• Sharing: We only share this data with Google/YouTube as required to perform the upload via their API. We do not share this specific Google user data with other third parties unless required by law.
• Revoking Access: You can disconnect your YouTube account from Veloqi through your Veloqi account settings (if available) or revoke Veloqi's access via the Google security settings page. Upon disconnection or revocation, we will delete the stored Google API data associated with the connection.

By using the YouTube integration feature, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

What about third-party AI models?

To generate your requested videos, we process your User Content (such as prompts and scripts) using third-party artificial intelligence models and services. These AI providers process your data according to their own privacy policies and terms of service, which may differ from ours. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to this processing by our AI technology partners.

How do cookies and tracking work?

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons) to track activity on our Services and hold certain information.
